Shipping policy

1. Digital Products Digital downloads (art prints, files) are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. No shipping is involved. Please check your inbox and spam folder if you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes.
2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products POD items (canvas prints, posters, etc.) are produced and fulfilled by our print partners (Gelato, Printful, Printify). Please allow:
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping time (India): 5–10 business days
- Shipping time (International): 10–21 business days
Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
3. Physical Artworks (India Only) Original artworks and hand-crafted pieces are shipped from Pune, India via trusted courier partners.
- Dispatch time: 2–5 business days
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days within India
- Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order type. Some products may qualify for free shipping.
5. International Shipping We ship internationally for POD products. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 hours of delivery at shampaa.bhushan@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve it promptly.
